My Story
I am a Registered Dietitian based in Stamford, Lincolnshire with over 5 years of experience within nutrition and dietetics.
Working as a Community Dietitian for the NHS I have gained experience working with clients with a range of conditions including:
-
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
-
Coeliac Disease
-
Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) including Crohns Disease and Ulcerative Colitis
-
Diverticular Disease
-
Stomas
-
Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes
-
Obesity
-
Heart Disease
-
High Cholesterol
-
Unintentional Weight Loss
-
Food Intolerances
-
Nutritional Deficiencies.
My experiences within a wide range of specialist areas have allowed me to have a good understanding into the importance of optimum nutrition for all.
From a young age I always loved cooking and baking and went on to develop a keen interest in nutrition, health, and wellness. I am passionate about supporting clients with different health conditions and nutritional concerns and I find it so rewarding seeing the differences I have been able to make.
I thoroughly enjoy keeping active by playing tennis, running and going to the gym. I truly believe that by making small, realistic, and manageable changes to your diet and lifestyle it can transform your health and wellbeing and how you feel day to day.
